GENERAL POLICY

The company's goods are strictly for sample or reference purposes, as well as for personal use. No further publication or submission under the Client's name is permitted. We accept no responsibility for the customer's incapacity to learn the subject provided in the package. All products are non-refundable and come with no explicit or implied guarantees (unless otherwise specified).

Unless the client specifies otherwise, the Company maintains the right to utilize any relevant resources accessible - books, journals, newspapers, interviews, online publications, and so on. Because the Company operates based on the Customer's instructions, these instructions must be clear and explicit. Research papers are generally non-refundable; however, if the customer requests it, we may grant a refund in the following circumstances:

Refunds for editing and proofreading orders may be obtained if:

Each refund request will be manually checked by a manager, who will determine if the order is eligible for a refund.
